Attached image addon information
after land the bug 1490366, cannot access addon's information

STR
1. Install https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
2. Open addons manager
3. Select Extensions in left side menu

Actual Results:
No link to addon's information
There are [Option] [Disable] [Remove] buttons and a Gear drop down.
But I cannot found a link to addon's information

Expected Results:
Available a ink to addon's information (author, description, home page, select update method)
Keywords: ux-discovery
Clicking anywhere on the card for the extension that isn't already a control should open the details page. The styling is similar to that of the about:newtab tiles and cards so this should be intuitive to users.

We had considered including a More button but decided not to so that the cards can stay a bit smaller. Adding another button would require moving all the buttons under the add-on name which would make for some fairly large cards.
about:newtab tiles has a tree dots icon with tooltip(Open Menu) when mouse hover over the tile.

Okay, then, I say that please add the tree dots icon as same as about:newtab so that I will discover it more easily.
The three dots in about:newtab gives you a menu which we don't have in about:addons. Clicking on not-the-dots takes you to the thing that the card represents.

Adding a tooltip could be useful, I can look into that. It looks like "addon.details.tooltip" would work.
Priority: -- → P2
Summary: I cannot access addon's information page, I cannot discover how to go to the page → Add a tooltip to add-on cards in the list view
I think that new addon manager is confusing.
Interactive widget(Options/Disable/Remove button) in interactive widget(tile).

Nested interactive widget.... is obviously strange, isn't it?

Where did this strange UI standard/specification come from?
Include the tooltip from the old "More" link on listing cards.
