1500496 - Inconsistent folder icons

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Thunderbird in Linux
2. Using default theme 
3. Add a IMAP Mail Account with custom folders
4. Open the IMAP Mail Account in the left panel


Actual results:

On the left panel Thunderbird displays all mail folders in a tree view.
My IMAP folders using the Linux desktop theme "Papirus-Adapta".
This icon is called folder.svg and can be found in /usr/share/icons/Papirus-Adapta/16x16/places/.
All other icons (Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Junk, Trash) are used from the tb default theme.
Take a look at the attached screenshot.
This looks slightly strange and inconsistent.


Expected results:

1. The default theme should provide icons for all folders
2. The default theme should use the same folder icons as the Firefox Bookmarks side panel
3. (optional) add a configuration option to switch between default theme icons and the folder icons from the Linux Desktop theme

What do you think about this? I made the folder icon yellowish. Or would you a other colour.

I personally prefer yellowish folder icons in tb.
You should replace the default grayish folder icon --> look at suggestion.png
Please make sure that me have a consistent app wide folder icon.

I don't agree with the premises of this bug. We want to have good system/theme integration, which means using stock icons.

Though FWIW, the Firefox bookmarks folders use a grey icon (at least for me), and that would look better IMHO. But then the UI would be very grey, and that's perhaps not so inspiring...
