Details

I don't show the personal toolbar.  When I do print preview then dismiss it, it
un-hides the PTB.  If I go to View->Show/Hide, PTB is still unchecked, even
though it's shown.  Selecting the menu item makes it go away again.

Is there any way I can make it open a new window for the print preview rather
than screwing up my existing window?
