Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0

Steps to reproduce:

Had opened multiple links within one website (same website, different articles so different urls, i.e. www.bugzilla.com/how-to-make-a-monster, www.bugzilla.com/i-like-cheese). When choosing the Delete From History option, it gives confirmation prompt of "Do you want to delete every instance of this page from your history." I assumed it would actually delete every instance (totally cool with that).

Actual results:

Did not delete every instance. Same website icon returned in its place with one of the different urls.

Expected results:

Assuming I was deleting "every instance," I should have only had to delete the icon once to remove the totality of the specific website. The confirmation prompt is very misleading.

Afaict this is removing the page from history, it's not doing a complete Forget of the Site.
By icon I assume you mean the entry in the new tab page, so you had multiple entries for that Site, you right clicked one and choose Remove From History, that one was removed, but not all the pages in that Site. And you think the message in the dialog was misleading and trying to tell it would have cleared that complete Site from history.
