The legacy extension notice is centred and looks out of place with the left aligned add-on cards. We should align it like FX does for the plugins.

Comment on attachment 9018830 [details] [diff] [review] 1500700-noticeAlign.patch Looks nice. It was even worse when there was another unaligned box (1001 themes) below. + width: 664px; That needs to be hard-coded? Do the add-on cards have the same width?
