1500854 - Fix display of grouped Machinery results

If machine translation suggestion gets grouped with suggestions from other Machinery sources (because they are exactly the same), the display of sources can get b0rken under certain scenarious.

It always happens if a MT result (e.g. from Google Translate) gets returned first, before the same suggestion is returned by one or more other sources.

In this case the list of sources lacks the "percent match" number, as well as the · separator in front of "Google Translate".

If MT suggestion gets grouped with suggestions from other Machinery
sources, and is returned first, it:
- causes the group to lack "percent match" at the beginning
- lacks a dot separating it from the other services
