*** observed with simplified chinese build on english winXP ***
- using the 05/12 PR1 chinese build i am not able to import Outlook express mail
but i am able to import Address Book and settings. Settings after the Import are
placed on the account tree but Mail should be placed under the Local folder. In
chiese build ( as oppose to german) the Local folder string is translated
however internally (in Explorer) is in english. I don't know where the problem
arise when  importing but seems that the program is somewhere confused as of
where to place the imported Local folder, it is not a problem on the localized
(simplified chinese OS). It will be a problem for localized versions of Mozilla
that translate folder names and are installing the browser on english OS.

I am not sure why this does not work.
But I think our localized builds do not supposed to run on non localized systems
(e.g. installer cannot show localized characters). Set to Future.
