I use a trouble-ticket tracking web-based software application called RightNow.
 With a newest update (5.5.3, I believe), it gives an error that it will not
support non-IE 5.5 or IE 6.0 web browsers.

I read on the debian-user list that this should be reported in bugzilla and
someone could contact them about the possibility getting it changed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit the administration page.
2. Get an error.

Actual Results:  Same.

Expected Results:  The software should not block out Mozilla.

It seems like it's using JavaScript to figure out what web browser it is.  Is
there anything you can do?  I really like 1.0, and keep up the good work!

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
