I've added softonic (distribution_id = 'softonic-002') to the dashboard

* Kerry from dark funnel team requested I add new profile counts as a metric to the dashboard

* Also, I've noticed that the dashboard charts for Avg Hrs and Avg URIs and Avg Active Hours needs some cleanup

status: ping'd jesse to find out which definition of new profile he prefers going forward so the metrics we report can be consistent

Also, add retention in addition to new profile

Me and Jesse agreed offline to use the 7 day PCD definition (only count users whose first ping arrived 0-6 days after profile creation date). 

I updated the dashboard to: 
* add acquisition section with new profiles, 1 day retention, and 1, 2, 3 week retention
* fixed the plots (wasn't showing average hours, active hours before) 
* set plots to update every 24 hours
