Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0
Steps to reproduce:
Added LDAP Server. Searching for mail addresses works in address book and completion works in compose window
Actual results:
Addresses not in address book stay red. When pressing the send button, nothing happens.
Expected results:
Mails with correct addresses should be sent.
When removing the ldap server, the to: address stays red if the address is not in the address book, but the mail can be sent, as expected.
I tried disabling the ldap address book in the compose settings, but this does not solve the problem. Only removing the ldap server in the address book does.
Also, when saving the mail as a draft and adding all missing mailaddresses to the address book using the star will solve the problem.

The error happens only with thunderbird 60 w/ Windows 7!
On Debian Linux 64bit running thunderbird 52.9.1 (64-bit), this problem does not occur.

That bit doesn't make any sense, unless that pref code is broken.
Did this happen in version 52 on Windows?

Anything in the error console (Tools > Developer Tools > Error Console)? Clear the console by clicking on the bin/trash icon before doing the action that doesn't work.
