This is not regression. It seems that bug 1368808 did not full fix. Reproducible: always when set Windows Color default to "Dark" Steps To reproduce: 1. set Windows Color default to "Dark" 2. Launch Beta64 or Nightly65 3. Enable Title bar 4. Focus on another window Actual Results: Title bar of inactive browser becomes white background color Expected Reults Title bar of inactive browser should be "Dark" background color
This seems Windows it bug of desktop application native caption bar. The background color of caption bar in dark theme seems to be only supported for UWP application.
