Details
(Whiteboard: [geckoview:p3])
We currently run jsreftests on Android 4.3 and Packet x86. We'd like to run them on our new GeckoView platforms where possible:
Bitbar ARM32 (Moto G5)
Bitbar ARM64 (Pixel 2)
Packet x86-64
Geoff says Packet x86-64 has persistent crashes not seen on Packet x86. We don't need to test Android x86 once we are testing Android x86-64.

jsreftest takes 2 to 3 hours per push to run on packet.net. It is unlikely we will find capacity to run these on bitbar.
