1501580 - Run crashtests for GeckoView on Packet x86_64

We currently run crashtests on Android 4.3 and Packet x86. We'd like to run them on our new GeckoView platforms where possible:

Bitbar ARM32 (Moto G5)
Bitbar ARM64 (Pixel 2)
Packet x86-64

Geoff says Packet x86-64 has persistent crashes not seen on Packet x86. We don't need to test Android x86 once we are testing Android x86-64.

Removing Bitbar because the crashtests might be too slow to run on the Moto G5 or Pixel 2.

I think the assertion in bug 1560736 was one of the issues blocking progress on debug crashtests here; we should check once that fix is available.

69=wontfix because we don't need to uplift this test patch to Beta.

Note that the dom/base/crashtests/1419902.html test is still asserting in debug builds (bug 1524493), but the test case has been temporarily disabled.
