Steps to reproduce:

Using firefox dev edition 64.0b3
See the select controls
https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.3/css/#forms-control-sizes
The items in the select controls are no longer properly vertically alinged


Actual results:

The items in the select controls are no longer properly vertically alinged


Expected results:

It seems that in 64.0b2 everything is working fine. I used this version to verify this.

I was not able to reproduce this issue. Compared with Chrome everything seems working.
