1501811 - Remove livemarks support from browserPlacesViews/treeView

I had a little time in-between things so I started on removing some livemarks code.

For this bug, I've just removed references from browserPlacesViews.js and treeView.js. I also removed a couple of reference functions from PlacesUIUtils.jsm.

There's probably still some observers that could be cleaned up more, but having had a brief look, they're either still required, or will go away when we remove the main livemark service.

In any case, this starts us on the road to cleaning up :-)
