Description:
The Core:Performance component will be use to file performance work items and bugs against to be actioned on by the Firefox Performance team.
Is this sufficient?

Vicky, is the idea behind this component to put Performance related bugs which do not fit under other components? So a performance-related bug which would had been under Core::General? But not Core::DOM, ::Graphics, or another component?

It's to put performance work items that my team comes up with e.g. we should implement this because it'll help performance and performance related bugs that we're currently investigating that may move to another component.
