In the left frame of www.bildkontakte.de there are two navigation boxes (tables with background images). If the browser window or this frame, repectively, get covered by another window and then uncovered again, you can see this weird effects. More specifically, the colors of the background image (http://www.bildkontakte.de/flirten_kontakte_anzeigen_fotos_photos_treffen_bilder_onenightstands_web_internet_verabreden_chat/back_dg_o.gif) are changed and the entire image seems to be shifted to the left (see attachment). Steps to reproduce: 1) load http://www.bildkontakte.de/ 2) open a new tab or any other window to cover the browser window 3) bring browser window to the front again 4) see shifted background image with weird color effects
above mentioned effects can be reproduced with Mozilla 1.0 (build 2002053012) on WiNT 4, SP6a.
WFM. Cannot reproduce this bug. Using WinXP and build 2002060706. Reporter: this may be related to your graphic card drivers. Can you tell us what is your card and drivers ? Thanks a lot.
I'm using a Matrox Millenium G400 AGP, 300 MHz, 32 MB. Driver version is 4.94.005 (Oct 26 2001). I'll go and see if I can get an updated driver.
updating the Matrox driver to PowerDesk version 5.01.007 (4.00.1381.50010) didn't change anything :-(
WFM using build 2002053012 and Geforce2mx200 card
Looks like I found an easy way to resolve this bug: works for me on the other machine running Matrox Mystique 220, PowerDesk 3.68.141 (4.00.1381.3680) :-) So I just have to switch from my Athlon 700 to a K6 200 to get this working ;-) Any ideas?
