Steps to reproduce:
1. accessed Selftrade main page (https://selftrade.co.uk/)
2. clicked 'login'
Actual results:
Error message: Bad request - Request too long
HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.
The actual request header is 254 characters long. For security reasons I do not think that I should reveal the contents publicly.
This error has prevented me from accessing the site on my desktop PC for a year or more. It does not affect Firefox on a laptop I use, and does not affect Internet Explorer on my desktop PC. Selftrade (Equiniti) have been unable to resolve the issue for me. I try with every new release of Firefox to see if anything has canged, but it has not.
Expected results:
Should have reached the login page.

Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for taking the time to add this report.
However, I was not able to reproduce it following the steps provided. I've tried to reproduce it on Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OSX and Ubuntu 18.04, with both the latest 63 Release build (20181018182531) and latest 65.0a1 Nightly build (20181030100414) but I did not receive an error after clicking the Log In button from the top right side of the screen, and I was redirected to the proper page without any issue.
Did you manage to try the refresh function?
You could also try to retest this using a new clean Firefox profile, maybe even safe mode, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/PNe90E) and report back the results.

Your suggestion to refresh Firefox worked, thank you, though it took me an anxious half hour to get all my setings and passwords back.
