150200 - Lack of and uninformative error messages when print dialog is open

To see what I mean, try these steps:

1. Open two Mozilla windows.

2. In Window (A), select File -> Print.

3. In Window (B), select Print Preview. Nothing happens. The user should be told
that the action is being ignored. Or, even better, printing operations on two
distinct Mozilla windows should be possible.

4. In Window (B), select Print. A warning box opens with the caption "Printer
Error" and the dialog text says "Not available". More informative text could be
given here.

It's possible to, for example, have a Mozilla print dialog open but obscured (or
on another virtual workspace) and not understand the error (in the case of File
-> Print) or the lack of anything happening (in the case of File -> Print Preview).

mozilla (for example, 1.1beta)? if so, please comment again with details. if
not, please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME. thanks.

I was able to reproduce this on Window branch, but I can't on Window trunk, need
to investigate on Linux
