Downloads complete correctly but sometimes the progress bar stops before the end. This is corrected if you close Downloads and re-open.

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0

Steps to reproduce:

A recent download of 500MByte approx finished correctly but the progress bar on the download page indicated the download had not quite finished. Knowing the download had actually finished I then closed and re-opened the downloads page which corrected this and the download was then shown as complete.

Actual results:

A recent download of 500MByte approx finished correctly but the progress bar on the download page indicated the download had not quite finished. Re-opening the downloads page corrected this and the download was then shown as complete.

Expected results:

The progress bar should have completed and greyed out to show the download was complete.

This happened on some other recent versions but not on much earlier versions.
I was not able to reproduce this issue.

Build ID 20181018182531
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0

I would recommend to open Firefox in safe mode and try it. If its still reproducible please let us know.
