User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Steps to reproduce:
I went to a website which tries to extract canvas data, for example "spiegel.de".
I wanted to configure the permissions for extracting canvas data.
Therefore i clicked on the gear symbol (red circle on image1)
Actual results:
I went to the preferences with permissions highlighted.
But there was no way to configure extract canvas data.
Expected results:
I expected some kind of entry for configuring canvas data.

I have tested this report on Windows 10 x64 using latest Nightly, Fx release and ESR builds, but could not reproduce the mentioned behavior. In fact, I did not manage to find the extract canvas data permission when loading "www.spiege.de".
Could you let us know the exact build number on your browser from about:support?
Also, I can suggest to update to the latest version of Firefox and report back the result?
Please change if this is not the right component!

This is kind of a dupe of bug 1455997, which dupes to bug 1429865, so I'm going to edit that one to cover both managing the permission and denying it by default.
