[Affected versions]:
- 62.0.3
- 64.0b4
- 65.0a1 (2018-10-25)

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 7x32

[Prerequisite]:
- Foxit is installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Open pdf file (e.g. http://www.wdcs.co.uk/media/edu_resources/AllAboutDolphins_English.pdf).
3. Click on the "Print" button from pdf.
4. From printing options choose "Foxit Reader PDF Printer".
5. Click "Ok' button and observe the printed pdf file in Foxit.

[Expected result]:
- All pages are printed and correctly displayed.

[Actual result]:
- Not all pages are printed and text is wrongly displayed.

[Regression range]:
- I'm not sure if this is a regression, for investigating this issue I need to do manual regression. I'll try to make it when I'll have a little bit more time.

[Additional notes]:
- This issue is intermittent, sometimes all pages are printed but the text isn't correctly printed
- In 63.0b14 where I found this issue when choosing "Print to file" option not all pages are printed
- after some attempts the pdf is getting blocked, sometimes after the first try and just after refresh gets unblocked.
- pdf page gets blocked if you open a new tab (or switch the tab) and after you go back to the that pdf a white page is displayed with a loading spinner. After a browser restart, the problem is no longer encountered and sometimes opening the same link in a new tab fixes the issue.
