This is an issue reported on webcompat.com

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to: https://blog.nightly.mozilla.org/
4. Observe the layout.

Expected Behavior:
CSS is loaded.

Actual Behavior:
CSS is not loaded.

Notes:
1. I could not reproduce this issue.
2. I am logging this as a result of Michael Taylor's suggestion.
This is not a WebRender bug, and as long as it's not reproducible, it's completely unactionable.
