Details

Mozilla 1.0 release, russian localization from mozilla.org, no any old mozilla profiles. First Mail/News launch, wizard. - Create news account - Name: Dimentiy - EMail: dimentiy@atol.ru - Server: 192.168.0.1 - AccountName: 192.168.0.1 Pressing OK -> 100% crash.
Do you have a talkback ID for that crash ?
No, I don't install talkback. But I can install this, of course.

I can confirm that this problem also occurs with SeaMonkey 2.20 and 2.21 on Linux, both i686 and x86_64. It has occurred when a profile already exists and an attempt is made to create a new e-mail account. Once SeaMonkey crashes and restarts, the account that supposedly was added, is not listed among the e-mail accounts on the Mail/News screen.
