Details

Obviously, I can't give you a site to test this on for security reasons, but
here's the details:

If you have a site with OWH, you get an online control panel page that has
roughly 30 seperate links to control things like email aliases, site statistics,
PGP, and the like.

Normally, when you bookmark your main control panel page and subsequently visit
it, the page asks you for a name and password before it loads (in Moz, the sheet
dialog drops down). Once you enter the name and password, the control panel page
is loaded and you can go about your work, selecting and choosing whichever of
the specific control items you need.

However, when I try this with Mozilla, the browser asks me to enter and save my
new password every time I click on a new item, instead of seeing every item as
accessible via the initial name and password (which it should). This works fine
in IE 5.x (doesn't keep asking for the password each time you click on something).

Password Manager seems to work OK elsewhere when only one ID and password are
required (say on a UBB site or an e-commerce site).
No way to confirm this.
Couldn't you ask OWH to set up some kind of temporary account for Moz.org to
test this on? I'm sure if it's something on their end they want to make sure
their services work with Mozilla....

dmoughamian@earthlink.net, can you still reproduce this problem using a current
nightly build? Have you notified OWH of the problem, and gotten any response?
No response from reporter for three months. Resolving WFM.
