Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530
BuildID: 2002053012
I have a Logitech wheel mouse, and use their mouseware software which pops up a
"webwheel" when I click the wheel button, which then allows me to pick various
actions (e.g. "Back", "Stop", "Reload"). This works with NetScape navigator
(version 4.76) and with InternetExplorer. But with Mozilla, all the browser
options have a red "X" over them (this happens when there is no web broswer
running).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run mozilla on Windows98SE
2. Click middle (wheel) button on mouse
3.
Actual Results: All the browser options have a red X, and cannot be selected.
Expected Results: Browser options (Back, Reload, Stop, Favorites) should not
have a red X, using the wheel on the mouse should allow them to be selected, and
each should perform the obvious action.
Mouse driver/software from Logitech is version 9.10
Duplicate of Bug 133529
Part of this is that Mozilla handles its own mouse behaviors, such as
middle-clicking.
