User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0

Steps to reproduce:

When testing against some websites, including https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page and https://9gag.com, not all the icons have the right files in the Network Monitor.

Actual results:

Some links gets defaulted back to the regular file icon (file-type-general.svg).

Expected results:

All links that have images should have the image file icon, file-type-image.svg.

I managed to reproduce the issue using an older version of Nightly 2018-10-27 on Windows 10 x64.
I retested everything using latest Nightly 66.0a1 and beta 65.0b8 on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.13 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64. The bug is not reproducing anymore.
