From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530
BuildID: 2002053012
In the themes that are distributed with Mozilla the browser window fails to
correctly clip text and images to the right edge of the browser window. There is
a 1 pixel clipping error that allows 1 pixel of text or images in the personal
toolbar to overlay the lighter colored inner-beveled border.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add items to the personal toolbar
2. drag the right side of the browser window in until it crosses text in the
personal toolbar
3. Notice the light-colored inner bevel should be clipping text in the personal
toolbar.
Actual Results: Text and images in the personal toolbar overlay the inner
light-colored bevel for the browser window by 1 pixel. This has the visual
effect of text breaking out of the window border.
Expected Results: The inner bevel should clip off content in the personal
toolabar to prevent items from entering the lighter inner bevel when window size
is reduced.

Notice that when the text in the personal toolbar overlaps the inner bevel of
the browser window items in the personal toolbar enter the bevel by 1 pixel.
