Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0
Steps to reproduce:
Hello,
Under Windows10, after my version of Firefox was updated to 63.0, I was unable to open Firefox at all.
- The first line of the crash report mentioned :
AppInitDLLs: %ProgramFiles% (x86)\KeyCryptSDK\KeyCrypt64(4).dll
which, I found, was related to my Zemana AntiLogger software (ZAL).
- I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it : same problem.
- I uninstalled ZAL, and opening Firefox was then successful.
- I downgraded Firefox to the previous version 62.0.3. and reinstalled ZAL.
Actual results:
- I was then successfull in opening Firefox 62.0.3.
Expected results:
- I should have been able to open the latest version of Firefox with ZAL installed, but there is an incompatibility between Firefox 63.0 and ZAL.
Truly yours

I hope you reported this to he Zemana AntiLogger software developers because this is unlikely a Firefox bug if it works without this software.

@Matthias
Contrarily to your understanding, I believe that this is a Firefox bug, as with the previous version of Firefox, everything was fine, meaning that I could have both ZAL and Firefox 62.0.3 installed successfully on my PC.
My version of ZAL has not changed, but Firefox has upgraded and now I can't use it : I think it's a pretty clear demonstration that Firefox 63.0 is incompatible with Zemana AntiLogger, and not the contrary.
Nevertheless, I have signaled this problem to Zemana and am currently in touch with their support team.
@Sylvestre
I am using ESET 12.0.27.0, Malwarebytes Premium 3.6.1.27.11, and Zemana AntiLogger 2.74.2.150 and have never experienced any conflicts between those and Firefox. Again, the impossibility to open Firefox at all "because of ZAL" appeared ONLY when I updated to 63.0. Since then, and as I have downgraded to 62.0, everything is fine, but I would expect and surely appreciate that the Firefox technicians dwelve into that bug and hopefully fix it soon...
Cheers
P.S. Zemana AntiLogger is really useful to detect intruders/intrusions that neither ESET nor MAM would not.
