This will probably end up being a meta bug. 

The architecture and setup for remote debugging in DevTools is not documented and hard to grasp. There are many objects to be familiar with: DebuggerClient, DebuggerServer, Transport, Socket, Connection, ADB, Authenticator etc...

They also interact in complex ways. As part of the cleanup to remove WebIDE, ConnectPage etc... we should also start documenting this.

The outcome of this should be documentation pages that live in mozilla central and are published on https://docs.firefox-dev.tools/
