1503032 - Janky close animation/general slowness with WebRender/ASan

Unsure if this is the right component to file this under and whether it is something that is actionable; this is my general Firefox profile and I have not done any work to minimize a test case for this issue.

I am seeing slowness and jankiness while using Firefox with my full complement of add-ns, which has already been fairly optimized for speed (only enabling uMatrix and uBlock on certain pages, using native content blocking everywhere, etc.). 

If this is not actionable, feel free to close and I will attempt to try to minimize a test case, but I would hope that there is enough in this profile to spawn some bugs, since this is a general use case that power users may encounter in daily usage of Firefox, and can hopefully indicate some low hanging fruit with WebExtensions or core Firefox. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use Firefox with a full complement of extensions and lots of open windows/pages
2. Start profiler
3. Close a tab using ctrl+w shortcut
4. Wait until spinner of doom goes away and new page appears
5. Stop profiler

A few day days after I took this profile, Firefox became much more responsive; this is probably one of the worst browsing sessions I have had recently. If the profile has nothing interesting in it, feel free to close, since Firefox isn't doing this for me at this time.
