150319 - "Target Milestones" link incorrect for Tech Evangelism

For Tech Evangelism bugs, the link "Target Milestone" links to
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/notargetmilestone.html which says no milestones are
set.  This is incorrect.  We have milestones for Jan, Feb, Mar, etc. for the
whole year.

Do we need to submit a description like:
Tech Evangelism has milestones for each month.  These act as reminders to make
sure issues are taken of.  If the issue has not been taken care of, a reminder
message will be sent to the Webmaster.  If no reply, the Owner and QA Contact
are reset and the Target Milestone is set for future.

Actually, any bug in any product that does not have a milestone set will return
the notargetmilestone.html page which is a 404. 

Any non tech evangelism bugs that do have a milestone set will return
http://www.mozilla.org/roadmap.html#new-milestones

For tech evangelism bugs that do have a milestone set, the link should point to
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/tech-evangelism/site/procedures/bug-fields.html.
Currently we don't have anchors for each field but we should add them so that
they can be linked to directly as in
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/tech-evangelism/site/procedures/bug-fields.html#milestones

Dawn: is the notargetmilestone page a global setting? If not, I think that the
target milestone link regardless of whether the milestone is set should point to
the same place. For normal bugs, it should point to the
http://www.mozilla.org/roadmap.html#new-milestones and for tech evangelism bugs
it should point to
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/tech-evangelism/site/procedures/bug-fields.html#milestones

Is that ok with everyone?

Thats been fixed in cvs bugzilla - we now default to no link at all.

The url for milestones is a per-product setting.
