Best to have |mach android geckoview-install| or |mach android install-geckoview|, following suit with all the others in mobile/android/mach_commands.py. Just for situational awareness, I've been scheming about Bug 1500607 and hope to get us down to just debug/release eventually. That will make these Gradle targets a lot simpler.
