I currently have Mozilla set as default browser on my system and it works just
fine when I double click on a .url file (the files that IE uses for it's
bookmarks). But all the .url files still shows the IE icon. The Mozilla should
be shown.

Appending "(Internet shortcuts)" to summary to make this bug report easier to find.

If we're the default browser, we should look like the default browser. Allowing
users to see IE icons that, when double-clicked, open Mozilla, confuses users.
