In Firefox quantum portable, tried in 60 and 63 as well the following bug was found. In "customize menu" all button text colors (for example "Done" ,"Restore defaults" etc) turn white if the mouse goes over the button. The problem exists if windows pref. windows border color is dark and window text color is white. Win 8.1. It looks for some starnge reason Firefox uses window title color as the hover color for button text. Very annoying. I did some research, other users have the same problem but no fix.

The portable Firefox versions are not from Mozilla.org. Please confirm that you get the same problem with a normal Firefox installation.

This morning installed 63 to a fresh windows 8.1 desktop on a separate drive. Exactly the same problem. The menu button text becomes white if you go over them with the mouse. The problem occurs if the window title colors are white. Somehow the button hover text colors are the same as window title colors. I experienced the problem with every button in the Customize menu.

This likely comes from this rule: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/eac6295c397133b7346822ad31867197e30d7e94/toolkit/themes/windows/global/button.css#42-54 But this is in a -moz-windows-default-theme: 0 media query, so it seems that somehow Firefox thinks you're using a non-default Windows 8.1 theme.

Summary: White text color on white buttons → White text color on white buttons on Windows 8.1 (non-default OS theme?)
Hi using a non-default Windows 8.1 theme, window titles white font on blue background (like windows 98 looked like). But still doesn't change the fact that in Firefox white button text on white buttons is very annoying. I don't want to change the windows theme. Any fix? Like userchrome etc? Thanks

Reproduced on Windows 8.1, on 92.0b7 in private browsing mode when downloading an item then click on Show all downloads, after that hover on Cancel button, shows white text on white button or select an item from this list and hover on Open containing folder icon.
