Details

Procedure: Pause a download. Disconnect the modem (this was supposedly a feature
of the "SmartDownload" component of Netscape 4 that allowed you to make a phone
call). Reconnect and resume.

Expected: Download resumes.

Actual: Dialog disappears. (Possibly because the request isn't re-sent to the
server with the appropriate Range: header.) This ties in a bit with bug 18004.

I find this bug irriating, especially combined with Bug 203677, these two always
get me when im downloading somthing large
