User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0
Steps to reproduce:
Simply receive a mail from Proton mail
Actual results:
TB flagged it as junkmail, I suspect this is related to the email provider (Proton mail) rather than my email. I am on Ubuntu 16.04. Can someone else confirm this?
Expected results:
TB should have treated it as a normal email

perhaps ruga can offer advice
Summary: Thunderbird 60.2.1 (64-bit) thinks mails from ProtonMail are Junk Mail → Thunderbird 60.2.1 thinks mails from ProtonMail are Junk Mail
May I have the full source code of the e-mail please?
Just anonymize your username@, and leave the rest as is.

I just realized I wasn't very clear in my first message. The email was sent from ProtonMail to a gmail account linked to thunderbird, TB received the message but flagged it as junk, which I suspect because it came because of ProtonMail not because of the message (which was gibberish as I was testing it).

@ruga ok I received more mails from different providers (so not related to ProtonMail) and the spam filter seems to have gone nuts as now random messages get flagged as spam...any idea on how can I help to investigate this? I got several messages flagged as junk and only 1 was a scam, the other messages were legit from legit websites...

sorry it has been so long. If the message is in the junk folder, then what you want to review is http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls
This doesn't sound like something we could take action on unless we have a test message and a set of steps that suggest the spam/junk filter isn't learning what it should. Perhaps you could help us there.
