RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1503757

(Reporter: eddiecarswell13, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

Steps to reproduce:

Using latest Nightly builds from the last 3 days (currently 65.0a1 20181101220058)
1. Just normal browsing of multiple sites, with dozens of tabs opened.
2. Proceed as usual for a few hours or more.

Actual results:

Suddenly logged out of current site, and all other sites as well. Other preferences such as site permissions (notifications, location access, data storage), and site settings stored via persistent storage (e.g. Youtube's dark preference, Wikipedia's collapse sidebar option) are gone. It's as if the browser decided to clear my data (minus history and such) spontaneously.

Expected results:

My login sessions and site data should not spontaneously get erased, unless:
1. I use the "Clear Recent History" dialog to clear them manually
2. I close the browser with "Clear history on shutdown" set (it's not currently)
About:support https://pastebin.com/kPzepes3

I'll note that this doesn't happen when Nightly does upgrades, just in the middle of when I'm browsing.

I'll also note that this usually happens after the browser has been open for the better part of a day.
