Actual results:

For example i opened Facebook website , it loads and ready for use, when open new tab and then go back to Facebook tab the page start showing a spinning loading wheel in the center of the page.

Seeing that you're using Nightly, is this a recent regression?

no, im using Firefox-esr.

It says you're on Firefox 65, which is only on Nightly.

In any case, if you're able to consistently reproduce this, could you do so with the Browser Toolbox open (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Toolbox for instructions)? And when you see it happen could you look under Console for any errors. I'm curious if something is breaking in AsyncTabSwitcher.jsm, in particular.
