Our README hasn't been updated in a while and can easily become outdated because it wants to go into details and act as a documentation. I think we should refocus it to be more about introduction and guidelines. I would like it to be useful for newcomers and not too intimidating. 

Ultimately our documentation should make it easy for newcomers to add new things in the application. What should I know when I add a new button? What should I know if I need to modify the state? How do I run the tests? How to I add a test? etc...

It would be great to have documents/sections to describe:
- our CSS strategy
- our testing strategy
