1504213 - Migrate the timeline to the toolbox

Description

The initial version of the timeline was in the overlay. It'd be better to be part of the toolbox for a couple of reasons:

1. the toolbox can be undocked or docked to the right|left. In these cases it is nicer to have the timeline nearby
2. the overlay covers a part of the content
