There is no delete recipient button

Thanks. We have implemented that suggestion in bug 1493158, which per reporter's comment 1 resolves this issue.
Without using hover, it's now maximally 2 clicks to use the delete recipient button on touch devices:
1 tap to focus the recipient input field ("select a recipient"), then 1 tap to press the delete button.
The conventional method of deleting recipients with backspace should also work on touch devices.
