Our platform introduced new keywords (jump-start, jump-end, jump-none, jump-both) for `steps` timing function in bug 1496619. Likewise, dropped `frames` timing function in same bug. In this bug, we will fix followings to reflect above. * Removes `frames` related code * Add test for new `steps` timing function
