We're building it for Linux, but we should cross-compile it to Mac.

This is not so easy, so I might switch to downloading grcov from an external service for the time being instead of building it.

Bug 1519825 makes this way easier, as we don't need LLVM anymore in order to build grcov since grcov 0.4.0.
