[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 63.0.1
- Firefox 64.0b6
- Nightly 65.0a1
[Affected platforms]:
- Ubuntu 16.04 x64
- Windows 10 x64
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Activate Find Toolbar (Ctrl+F)
2. Search for a word.
3. Open a new window (Ctrl+N).
4. Open Find Toolbar again.
[Expected result]:
- The word you typed in step 2 is still present in the Find Toolbar.
[Actual result]:
- The word you typed in step 2 is not present in the Find Toolbar.
[Regression range]:
- I don't think this is a regression. I can reproduce the issue using Firefox from 2008 - 01 - 02.
[Additional notes]:
- This issue is not reproducing on macOS.

This looks like the expected result to me, we're not holding on to the find-in-page string between different windows.
Additionally, I think this is not expected behavior when looking at other windows apps. But perhaps it is, so I'm open to you re-opening this bug, Oana ;)
