The drawback of checkboxes is that when not checked users usually assume the exact reverse. In the case of DNT, not *always* sending the signal does not means *never* sending it at all. A nuance that the current radio button better convey. May I suggest to disable the checkbox when trackers are blocked in all windows since DNT will always be sent whatever the setting.
