The result should be similar to the "Keep Until" checkbox, something like:

[] Always send websites a Do Not Track signal signal that you don’t want to be tracked. learn more
The drawback of checkboxes is that when not checked users usually assume the exact reverse.
In the case of DNT, not *always* sending the signal does not means *never* sending it at all.
A nuance that the current radio button better convey.

May I suggest to disable the checkbox when trackers are blocked in all windows since DNT will always be sent whatever the setting.
