User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Open a Website, open print preview and set scaling to 40%. Print it.

Now open an PDF with PDFJS and print it.

Actual results:

The PDF ist printed to 40% scale.

Expected results:

The PDF shout be printed 100% like the Adobe Reader does.
PDFJS should't use the Setting "print.printer_{PRINTERNAME}.print_scaling"
From the PDF Viewer there is no UI to change the scaling. You need to open the print preview on an other page to change it.

Does this also happen for you if instead on the second step you use another html page?

Does this also happen for you if instead on the second step you use another
html page?

Yes. The scaling is stored per print device. "print.printer_{PRINTERNAME}.print_scaling"
