Information:

The creators of Webpagetest have been benchmarking browser performance on 100 websites since 2012. They provided us with the dataset since 2017. We have an internal instance of Webpagetest that is currently being enhanced to meet the 2019 Performance Team goals. This will test against a subset of the aforementioned 100 websites.

This task would 
1. Investigates how the benchmark dataset and internal WPT compare. 
2. Investigate how the benchmark dataset and Firefox telemetry compare.
3. Validate/invalidate the benchmark dataset as useful for the performance team

Webpagetest internal instance now pushing data to telemetry. I began implementing data munging code to add to Webpagetest dashboard.
