For some reason, the Yandex in the Azerbaijan version of Firefox is using yandex.ru instead of yandex.az.

yandez.az doesn't have the same suggest URL as the other domains. I debugged their main site, found this URL and verified that it worked on Firefox.

Issue reproduced on a Nightly from 2018-11-07.
Verified the issue is fixed on 65.0b12 on WIndows 10x64, Ubuntu 16.4 and MacOS 10.10.6.
