Please deploy the v2.4.1 tag of the blurts-server repo to http://blurts-server.stage.mozaws.net/. DO NOT DEPLOY TO PRODUCTION, as a restart of production services may kill our loaded breach data. No env var changes needed. Code change-list is here: https://github.com/mozilla/blurts-server/compare/v2.4.0...v2.4.1
note: we caught a bad env var value in stage after this push. It needs to be HIBP_API_ROOT=https://haveibeenpwned.com/api/v2 That fixed stage, so this tag should also be fine to push to prod, so long as we fix the env var on prod too.

:bobm - I looked thru the previous deploy bugs and couldn't see if/when we may have changed the HIBP_API_ROOT value. Can you check the config repo history and let me know? I'd like to check if/that I didn't miss a step somewhere.

Most endpoints will undupe multiple slashes, https://www.mozilla.org///////en-US/ for example. It's possible HIBP did this at some point and then stopped.
